Never Land is a Brava Sports Power Cat, first launched end 2006 at the Sanctuary Cove Boat Show. Her builder is the well-know Peter Brady from the Queensland Goldcoast.

A couple of facts :

  • Length : 12.80 m
  • Beam : 5.60 m
  • Draft : 1.20 m
  • 4 Cabin Layout (including Master-Bedroom + VIP Cabin)
  • Flybridge

Never Land is powered by 2 Yanmar Diesel Engines, each 190 hp. Her engines are very fuel economically and providing her with a very long range, while using her 2x 650 l Diesel. And if that’s not enough we can fill our fuel bladders and add another 1500l fuel. This for example allows us to travel into remote areas as the Kimberleys, where fuel is not very often available.

To become as self-sufficient as possible Ingo has fitted a water-maker (Desalinator). Having water and fuel always available is one of the most important things when traveling by boat !

As additional extras we fitted her e.g. with a marine air-conditioning system, a generator and solar-panels.
A very special treat for us being avid scuba-divers is our own Bauer Junior 2 compressor, which allows us to fill our dive cylinders whenever we need or want. Ingo has build a box for the compressor and a holder for the cylinders, so both is safely stored on our lovely big aft-deck. The compressor box doubles as additional seat or deposit board.

To make Never Land very comfy and good-looking she has got new clears on her flybridge, complete shadow blinds around her entertaining aft-deck, new “FLEXITEEK”-flooring on the flybridge, aft-deck and connecting stairs, extended roof (now covering the whole aft-deck), extended duck-board and entry-steps and many more…
Next to Ingo, who has done lots of things by himself there are a couple of companies who need to be mentioned here :
first of all John Sticklan from Vindaloo Multihull PTY LTD, Mackay and his team : they created all her extensions above and below the waterline and laid our Flexiteek decking.
Then there is Mark from Marine Elite Trimming in Cannonvale : there is NO other place to go to if you want to have new shades, clears or any upholstery for your boat done (regardless of size).

John and Mark have no websites, so please google them or contact us for more informations !

Simon from Airlie Beach Auto Electrics is the person for powering a boat at anchor with solar power.
Not to forget is also Gary from GJ Diesel in Jubilee Pocket, who services our engines.
All of this mentioned persons and their companies have one thing in common : extremely reliable, quick working with excellent results !
